Andrea Eaves, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Andrea Eaves, MSW, LCSW

Andrea Eaves is the owner of Into The Light Counseling, Inc. She has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of Maryland at Baltimore. Andrea enjoys working with older children, adolescents and adults who are in need of mental health and counseling services. With almost 3 decades of years of experience, Andrea is passionate about helping others reach their full potential. 


Her treatment modalities include individual, family, and couples therapy using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, biblical counseling, as well as psychodynamic psychotherapy. Her specialties include working with people who have different mental diagnoses, mood disorders, anxiety, traumas, relationship problems, grief and stress. She works to help the whole person and regularly collaborates with client’s doctors to help with continuity of care. Andrea partners with her clients to help negotiate life and find inner peace.

Jennifer Osterhoudt, LCSW, LCAS-A

Jennifer has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from East Carolina University and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Mount Olive. Jennifer specialties include counseling clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, loss, the effects of trauma, parenting issues, and other mental health concerns. She works alongside couples to help them resolve conflict and find a healthy balance and works with foster and adoptive parents and single parents. As a licensed clinical addictions specialist (associate), Jennifer also works with individuals who are in recovery and their loved ones.


Jennifer's therapeutic approaches includes christian counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution based counseling, and client centered therapy. She enjoys working with clients to meet their individual goals and find healing.

Terri Proctor, MS, LCMHC-A

Terri has a Master’s Degree in Professional/Community Counseling from Austin Peay State University at Clarksville, TN. She enjoys working with adult individuals ages 18+ and specializes in trauma, codependency, spirituality, life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions. 


Terri is passionate about providing a safe, comfortable, accepting presence and offering therapeutic support towards a better sense of peace and well-being. 

Some therapeutic approaches Terri enjoys using are Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, Interpersonal, Person-Centered Therapy, and Christian Counseling. Her experience includes working in out-patient clinical agencies and recovery facilities to provide compassionate, practical, and evidence-based help.

Carly Blystone, MSW, LCSW, SSW

Counseling is a huge step, and Carly is excited to support you on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself! Her previous experience counseling young adults and teenagers in a therapeutic day school equipped her to partner with clients facing a diverse range of struggles.  


She works with individuals aged 12 to 90+ to address anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal thoughts, life transitions, conflict, emotional regulation, and building healthy coping skills. Using a holistic approach, she considers all aspects of a client’s life to design unique counseling sessions that are relaxed, productive, and focused on each individual’s needs and goals. 


Sessions are guided by a combination of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness. 


Carly completed a Master’s Degree in Social Work at Illinois State University before relocating to North Carolina with her husband. She is an outdoor enthusiast and world traveler who is always planning the next adventure!
