We are a private mental health and substance abuse counseling practice located in Smithfield, North Carolina. We see clients of all ages from Johnston, Harnett, Wake, Wayne, and Wilson
Counties. In addition to in-person appointments, we are one of the few counseling providers that offers telehealth appointments.
At Into the Light Counseling, we believe that everyone has the ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being, are integral to overall health. We believe that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance.
Our team of experienced therapists uses a client-centered approach, working collaboratively with our clients to identify their goals and develop a customized treatment plan. We also place a strong emphasis on building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship.
